Priority clients can pre-apply for Fuel Assistance benefits

Southern New Hampshire Services’ Fuel Assistance program began accepting Fuel Assistance applications from priority households on July 1. These households include the elderly, disabled and those families with young children under age 6.

Youth age 18 and under will enjoy free meals again this summer through the Summer Food Service Program coordinated by Southern New Hampshire Services Rockingham County.

Support RCA Food Pantry Programs by participating in the 12th Annual “Drive Away Hunger” Charity Golf Tournament presented by the Greater Salem Contractors Association.
RCA’s share of the tournament’s proceeds will provide food to Salem households who are facing severe economic hardship and are critically low on food.

Serving Rockingham County, SNHS Nutrition Programs put food on the tables of local residents

Access to healthy food is critical to the well-being of young and old alike. In uncertain economic times, many local residents are facing the challenge of putting food on their tables.

Rockingham Community Action, a component of Southern New Hampshire Services, is able to expand the availability of healthy food to area residents through a variety of Nutrition Programs offered by the Community Action Agency in Hillsborough and Rockingham Counties.
