Personal Services Contract – Sector Partnership Initiative

SNHS, as the project operator for the SP NEG Grant, is issuing this Request for Proposal for Personal Service Contract from qualified individuals and organizations to assist the State Sector Partnership Development Team (SPDT) in the development of a sector plan tailored to the specific needs of New Hampshire NH has strong cross agency/service partnerships and multiple interagency work teams focused on better coordination of services.


Application schedule for 2015-2016 heating season announced

The Fuel Assistance Program (FAP) has begun taking applications for the winter season that runs from December 1, 2015 to April 30, 2016. An in-person interview is required of all applicants. All qualified households can now call to make an appointment to come to their local Rockingham Community Action Outreach Center to apply.
